Our commercial landscape design services are limited to creating landscape upgrades for our clients. This can include reconfiguring garden beds, enlarging gardens, adding hardscape elements, and more. In other words, we are not the company to call if you’re starting with a blank slate.
We do have a landscape architect on our team. They can plan and design your outdoor commercial space, and come up with solutions to challenges such as slopes, drainage, changes in elevation, and more. They may design plans that the rest of our team then implements.
Once you’ve chose your upgrades, we will perform plant installation. Our landscaping crews are knowledgeable, hardworking, and efficient. We take your “blah” commercial landscape to “wow” in no time! Your tenants, clients, and employees will smile each time they see blooming flower beds, flowering trees, or the beautiful colors of fall foliage.
Landscape maintenance includes just about everything we do to keep your property looking great. It includes picking up trash in your garden beds and grassy areas, mowing, pruning, and more. We’ll develop a customized plan for your property to keep all stakeholders impressed with the look of your outdoor space.
Turf Fertilization & Weed Control
For your areas of turf grass, we implement a turf fertilization and weed control program to keep the lawn looking green and lush.
Landscape Pest Control
Harmful insects, birds, and small animals can do a number on your trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass. We can institute a landscape pest management program that targets the pests while protecting pollinators. We’ll give you ample time to notify tenants and clients of when we will be applying any pesticides or herbicides.
We provide erosion control with retaining walls, fences, strategic plantings, and more, depending on the specifics of your situation. Erosion and sediment control help keep soil and pollutants out of our waterways, and ultimately, the Chesapeake Bay. No one wants mud in the parking lot or on the sidewalks. It’s just not a good look.
Our drainage solutions help manage naturally wet, low lying areas, as well as help with stormwater management. Some of your options include landscape grading, and bioretention cells including rain gardens. We can direct stormwater into the bioretention area using pipes, swales, or curb openings. The bioretention cell temporarily captures and holds the runoff water from an impermeable area such as a parking lot.
Your tenants and employees may not notice the drainage solutions, but they will be appreciative that you somehow got rid of the standing water!
